Due to the nature of our café services, returns of goods (food) are not accepted once they have been delivered or picked up. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are willing to consider a return or exchange.Refunds
Refunds are only possible if the error was made by the café (e.g., delivering the wrong order). Funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.Exclusions
Returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:If the order was fulfilled correctly and delivered according to your request.
If the damage was caused by the user’s actions (e.g., improper storage or tampering with the packaging).
